New drago-sim language

hi,

i'd like to ask you for new language addition. There is new oGame site www.ogame.cz (czech) and no battle simulator :'(. I used to use drago-sim on ogame.org and i think it's the most comprehensive simulator for ogame at all ;). In case you will agree with the addition, send me please what do you need to translate and i will do as best  i can.

i got it, thank you.. it's almost done :)
just i have 1 question about charset. you use, is it possible to change it? if i want to use diacritic marks there should be ISO-8859-2, win-1252 or unicode.

Yes, you can change it. But make sure that your editor uses the right charset. Thank you for translating DragoSim.
