Problem with save and load document with ipad version
« on: July 07, 2010, 01:30:00 AM »
Pocketcas is a very interesting app. However, on the ipad version, when I do several calculations by using "new calculation" and save de document, just the last calculation appears when I reload the document.

The iphone version does not have this problem.

Could you help me with this problem.

Thank you
Pascal

Did all the calculations appear in the document (on the left in landscape mode) prior to saving?

Prior saving yes, but they are not there when I reload. However, I know that the calculations are in memory since all variables and functions that I defined are in the variable list. If you dont have this problem, could it be an apps conflict?

Thank you

If I set the option "Purge document on save" to "on", it seems to solve the problem. Every think seems to be ok.

Now, I will be able to use pocketcas to teach by using ipad VGA out with projector. Wow! I am very appy...

Thank you  ;)

Hello Pascal,

I just re-read your issue and found the solution. This is not a bug. PocketCAS just automatically scrolls down the document to the last used calculation upon start. If you scroll up in the document view, you should always find all the other calculations. Please confirm that this is indeed the case.

Greetings

Daniel
